  1. Our valuation is based on the details you provide. Be completely honest, that way we will provide you with an accurate valuation and you avoid any possible disappointment at the appraisal stage.
  2. Make sure you have all your documents to hand – we will not be able to purchase your vehicle if we do not have full documentation, no matter how good we think it might be on one of our forecourts!
  3. If you have a vehicle that is a little unusual or even unique, we could still be interested in a purchase. However, in this instance you may well benefit from talking to one of our buyers direct. You can pick up the phone to us, email us or use the standard online valuation facility to contact us.
  4. If your vehicle has a private registration, we will be happy to purchase your car with its cherished plate, as long as it meets our other standards. We can also handle all aspects of the transfer/retention (please make sure you discuss with your assigned buyer for further clarification).
  1. We ask that you complete all the required fields including your telephone number to enable us to contact you should we have any queries about your car. Your email address is required to enable us to send you your car valuation, once it has been calculated. We work in accordance with the 1998 Data Protection Act and will not divulge any of your personal details to any other third party or share it with any other company outside of Jardine Motors Group Ltd and its represented agencies.
  2. Jardine Motors Group represents a range of franchises, as such we have strict manufacturer guidelines to adhere to in order for our used vehicles to be sold under the manufacturers’ Approved Used Programmes. This means that if your vehicle meets one or more of the criteria below, unfortunately, we will be unable to purchase it:-
    • Non-runner
    • No MOT
    • Imported vehicles
    • Left hand drive
    • Over 50,000 miles
    • No service history
    • Used as a taxi
    • More than four owners including the current owner
